Self-pay clients will be offered a discounted rate. You may be able to get your insurance to reimburse you if you self-pay. See the OON section below for more info.
Insurance CAASS and clinical providers accept in-network:
- Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- CareSource
- Medical MutualÂ(Employer-sponsored only, not the Marketplace Plan or State of Ohio employee health insurance)
- OhioHealth (Ohio Healthy)Â
Other Insurance Companies
CAASS is not in-network with the insurance companies below, but some of CAASS’s affiliated clinicians may be able to bill the companies below in-network:*
OON (Out-Of-Network) Insurance Benefits
- You may be able to get your insurance to reimburse you for what you spend out of pocket in therapy.
- CAASS LTD is happy to provide self-pay clients with a superbill that they can submit to their insurance company to access any out-of-network (OON) benefits.
- If you have a PPO or POS printed on your insurance card, you likely have out-of-network benefits.
Medicare and Secondary Insurance
- CAASS cannot currently accept Medicare.
- CAASS will not bill secondary insurance (e.g. you have Medicare as your primary insurance and say Anthem as your secondary). CAASS will provide you with any information (superbills, Form 1500, etc.) you need to make claims to secondary insurance.
